| Stichwort: Brockmann, Paderborn - Zu der Zeit (Mai 1966) war ich am Amtsgericht in Geseke und am Landgericht in Paderborn.
Die Fotos sind vom Mai 1966. Wir trafen uns auch in Geseke, wo wir uns bei meinem Onkel verabredeten.
Mein Onkel (leider verstorben) war damals Obergerichtsvollzieher, der ebenfalls Brockmann hieß.
Außerdem waren wir (ihre Freundin und ein Arbeitskollege von mir aus Salzkotten) häufig in einem kleinen Club außerhalb von Paderborn. Wer erkennt Frau Brockmann (evtl. Vorname Hildegard) wieder und kann mir sagen, was sie heute macht.

ich heiße Lee Buescher und lebe im Staate Wisconsin in den Vereinigte Staaten. Ich bin auf der Suche nach Verwandten meines Urgrossvaters Ernst Heinrich Büscher und seiner Frau Marie Eleonore Louisa Huge. Bei beiden wird als Geburtsort Hannover, Deutschland angegeben. Leider kann ich kein Deutsch. Mein Brief kommt aus einem Buch. Ernst Heinrich Büscher wurde im 11 July 1837 geboren und Marie Huge am 26 December 1840. Ich glaube, dass sie noch in Deutschland heirateten. Sie verließen Deutschland und erreichten am 07.10.1864 die USA, Cleveland Ohio. Gerne würde ich meine Verwandten in Deutschland kennenlernen und mit Ihnen unsere Informationen austauschen.
Bitte antworten Sie englischer Sprache, wenn moeglich. Ich würde mich über jede Nachricht freuen, ich bin sehr neugierig.

My name is Lee Buescher and I live in the state of Wisconsin in the USA. I am looking for relatives of my great grand father Ernst Heinrich Büscher and his wife Marie Eleonore Louisa Huge. They both list their birthplace and their parents birthplace as Hannover Germany. Unfortunately I don't know any German. My letter comes from a book.
Ernst Heinrich Büscher was born 11 July 1837 and Marie Huge on 26 Dec 1840. I believe they were married in Germany. They departed Germany and arrived in the USA on 7 October 1864 in Cleveland Ohio.I would like to connect to my relatives in Germany and share the information about the Büscher's and Huge's in Minnesota. Please reply in Englisch if possible. Any information you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you ever so much for the Information that you e-mailed to me. I thank you especially for responding so quickly. I really didn't think I would hear from anyone! Thank you for looking up the Hankenhofs. As far as we know (from the family Bible) Andrew Hankenhof was from Grunenwettheisbach in Baden, Germany. His wife Jacobina was from Ottenhausen Wurtemberg. They were said to have been married by a minister of Bevington Church, in Grunemwettersbach. Don't know for sure. Have never been able to find out much info on them. He was supposed to have immigrated to USA in 1849. Guess he swam because I cannot find him on any of the ships lists! Nor she for that matter. Her last name was Muller (which I guess is like Smith here)! This is the great-grandfparents on my husbands side. I have relatives in Mettlach, Germany.
My gr-grands were Koehl and Frank. I have some years back touched base with the Franks but the older generation could not tell me anything about my family. I do research on the net but it is very limited. Both the Rennemeyers (Reinemeyer here) and the Koehls settled in Delphos, Ohio. A small town started by the brother of a priest from Onnasburg? By the way the
Hankenhof's were of the Lutheran Faith. Anyhow, I just took the chance of trying to find Melle on the net and came up with your home page..really neat.
